Chocolate Oatmeal Balls With Pistachio

 

This is a recipe for oatmeal balls, it’s something we in Denmark eat like candy for Christmas. 


 I usually always make a double portion for a family of 4, so the recipe is therefore also double! It tastes amazing with pistachio!


Recipe:
30g cocoa powder
220 g butter (soft)
500 g of oat flakes
400 g sugar
3 tsp of rum essence
100 g of pistachio mass

4-5 tablespoons water (or coffee)


Method:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well together, maybe in a mixer!
Roll out into small balls and place in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then there is delicious sweet snacks!

Danish:

Super lækre havregryns kugler med et twist af pistacie.


Opskrift:
30 g kakao
220 g smør (blødt)
500 g havregryn
400 g sukker
3 tsk rom essens
100 g odense dessertmasse med pistacie smag 

4-5 spsk vand (eller kaffe)

Fremgangsmåde:
Kom alle ingredienser i en skål, evt i en røremaskine, og rør til alt er mixet. Form så nogle kugler og stil så i køleskabet i 1-2 timer, så er der lækre havregrynskugler.
