Vegetarisk One Pot Pasta

En skøn og nem aftensmad helt uden kød. Du kan dog altid servere kød ved siden af.
Super lækker og nem pastaret, som laves i én gryde!
2-4 personer
Du skal bruge:
250 gram spaghetti
500 ml vand
350 ml mælk
140 gram rød tomatpesto
2 bouillon terninger
100 ml revet parmesan
30 gram smør
2 fed hvidløg hakket
Salt og peber
Sådan laves den:
Kom smør i en gryde og smelt det. Steg hvidløget i et minut. Kom derefter spaghetti, vand, mælk, pesto, bouillon terninger, salt og peber i.
Når det koger skal der låg på og lad det derefter koge i 10 minutter med låget på. Tag det derefter af og rør i det engang i mellem. Lad det simre uden låg i 3-5 minutter mere imens der røres eller til retten ligner retten i min video. Tilføj parmesan og smag til med mere salt og peber.
Så er den klar til at blive serveret!

Super delicious and easy pasta dish, which is made in just one pot!

You will need:
250 grams of spaghetti (½ lbs)
500 ml of water (2 cups and 2 tbsp)
350ml milk (1½ cup)
140 grams of red tomato pesto (5 oz)
2 bouillon cubes
100 ml grated of parmesan (½ cup)
30 grams butter (1/4 stick of butter)
2 cloves of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper
How to make it:

Place the butter in a pan and melt it. Fry the garlic for about a minute. Add in the spaghetti, water, milk, pesto, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
When it boils add on a lid and then allow it to boil for 10 minutes with the lid on. Take it off and stir in it. Simmer, uncovered, for 3 to 5 more minutes while stirring or dish looks similar to the dish in my video. Add parmesan and season with more salt and pepper.
